Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, issued a decision to increase the value of the scientific publication allowance for research published in classified journals from EGP 10,000 to EGP 20,000.
This increase applies to publications in journals ranked highest (10%) in the specialty lists (Q1) (Indexed in Web of Science)
and also to publications in journals ranked highest (10%) in the specialty lists (Indexed in Scopus).
The University President emphasized that this decision stems from the belief in the role played by scientists and researchers in strengthening the university’s position on the global scientific research map, and raise the university’s ranking in international rankings.
