Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, president of the university, expressed his happiness that Port Said University team wins the second place nationwide in the Innovation Incentive Competition organized by the Innovators and Geniuses Fund for the research project entitled “An innovative study to transform toxic pollutants that do not decompose biologically into materials that are biodegradable in the environment using industrial waste. This comes as a result of the efforts made by the university towards supporting innovators and geniuses, within the framework of the university’s plan towards achieving a supportive environment for innovation and creativity in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030.
Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Vice-President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, stated that the University pays great attention to young researchers and always seeks to participate in all national competitions and scientific forums, believing in the importance of participation and constructive communication.
