Port Said University, under presidential of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, extends its sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and to all members of the Ministry, on the Ministry’s attainment of the Certified Governmental Innovative Organization (CGInO) certificate with a five-star rating from the Global Innovation Institute (GInI) — the highest level of international accreditation in the field of institutional innovation.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh emphasized that this remarkable achievement reflects the national vision of the Egyptian state under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, as well as the Ministry’s continuous efforts to develop the higher education system and promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and digital transformation.
He added that this success is the result of collective effort and dedicated teamwork under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing development of Egypt’s higher education and scientific research system.
The University President concluded by expressing his appreciation to all the teams who contributed to this achievement, affirming that it represents a proud addition to Egyptian higher education and a strong motivation to continue striving for excellence and innovation.
