Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Technology Sector

The Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Technology Sector cooperated with the Information Technology Institute (ITI) and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) to implement a distinguished winter training program for engineering students. The program was supervised by the deans of the sector’s faculties, the engineering sector supervisor and assistant, the ITI Creativity Center team, and ITI student ambassadors, in cooperation with the General Supervisor of Student Activities at the university.

Prof. Dr. Heba Abdel-Ati, General Supervisor of the Engineering Sector, explained that the winter training program, provided by the Information Technology Institute (ITI) at the Digital Egypt Creativity Center in Port Said, had been completed over the past two months with 355 students.

The sector also cooperated with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) at the Port Said Creativity Center, where 349 university students were trained.

The training program concluded after more than a month at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) with the presentation of student projects and the awarding of certificates in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ramadan, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Prof. Dr. Heba Abdel-Ati, Supervisor of the Engineering Sector, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi, Supervisor of Student Activities; Dr. Ahmed Sobhi, Assistant Supervisor of the Sector.

⁠Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of the University, praised the efforts and cooperation exerted by the Engineering, Physical Sciences, and Technology Sector in training students for the job market, commending the fruitful cooperation with the Digital Egypt Creativity Center in Creativa, Port Said.
