Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, chaired the Deans’ Council meeting, attended by the Council members. The Council began with a welcoming speech to the members and thanked them for their efforts over the past period. He emphasized the need for further efforts to prepare for the practical and theoretical exams for the second semester, ensuring that the exams proceed in a manner that is appropriate for our students. Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh also noted that the university administration, when selecting vacant positions in the university’s faculties, prioritizes transparency, impartiality, and the full competence of the applicant. The university administration also cooperates with the university’s external community, identifies its needs, and evaluates advanced academic programs to meet these needs. Finally, the University President recommended the need to transfer the university’s distinguished expertise and traditions to the new generation.
