Port Said University Signs Strategic Cooperation Protocols with Business, Academic, and Research Partners

Port Said University, headed by Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, signed a number of strategic cooperation protocols with key partners from the business sector, universities, and research institutes. The signing took place on the sidelines of the Supreme Council of Universities meeting hosted by Port Said University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Major General Moheb Habashi, Governor of Port Said.

The signed protocols included:

A cooperation protocol between Port Said University and the Suez Canal Container Terminal Company, represented by Mr. Mohamed Khattab, Director of Government and Public Relations. The protocol focuses on joint training programs for students, graduates, and company personnel.

A cooperation protocol between Engaz Port Said University and Sadat City University, represented by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Azab, Acting President of the University, covering engineering and construction projects, from design through implementation and supervision.

A cooperation protocol between Port Said University and the Petroleum Research Institute, led by Prof. Dr. Tarek Shazly, Acting Director of the Institute, aimed at collaboration in scientific research, entrepreneurship, and small-scale projects.

A cooperation protocol with the National Water Research Center, headed by Prof. Dr. Sherif Mohammadi El-Sayed Ghoneim, focusing on the exchange of scientific journals, computational models, and faculty and researcher exchanges.

These protocols highlight the leading role of Port Said University in expanding partnerships and strengthening scientific, research, and developmental cooperation at the local and national levels.
