تThe second edition of the Arab University Rankings 2024, affiliated with the Association of Arab Universities and based on the combined efforts of the Association of Arab Universities in cooperation with the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization ALECSO, and the Union of Arab Scientific Research Councils, has been announced. Port Said University was ranked 23rd among Egyptian universities and 64th among Arab universities among the universities included in this classification, as the number of universities that applied for evaluation reached 373 universities, of which 180 universities were included in the classification, representing 16 countries out of a total of 22 countries of the Arab League. Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, praised the ranking team and expressed his happiness with the achievements made by the university recently and the inclusion of the university in many international rankings. Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, stated that the Arab ranking is an international ranking with modern standards that keep pace with the requirements of the Arab world, alongside other international university rankings.
