Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, witnessed the conclusion of the 2026 Leadership Development Programs, organized by the University’s Center for Faculty and Leadership Development under the supervision of Dr. Mona Hamouda, Director of the Center, with the participation of 81 trainees from various university faculties.
The closing event featured development projects showcasing the trainees’ leadership and managerial skills, with practical proposals to improve institutional performance, streamline work processes, and enhance university services.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh emphasized that investing in leadership development and human capital is fundamental to institutional progress. He highlighted the importance of translating training outcomes into actionable initiatives, supporting innovative ideas, and fostering a culture of quality and innovation to strengthen performance and achieve institutional excellence.
