The University Career Development Center at Port Said University launched the “Be Ready” initiative this morning, Sunday, August 17, 2025, with the participation of two groups of university students and graduates. The initiative aims to prepare young people and equip them with the skills necessary to enter the local and international labor market.
The initiative comes within the framework of the national plan aimed at empowering one million young men and women to enter the Egyptian and international labor market.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, praised the initiative, which represents a fundamental pillar for preparing university students for future jobs. He commended the outstanding performance of the participating students, emphasizing that they are an honorable model reflecting the seriousness and great ambition of Port Said University’s youth. He also expressed his pride in the efforts of the University Career Development Center and Training Management team, led by Prof. Dr. Heba Youssef Soliman and her team.
