Dr Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, announced the organization of the new program of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, to support national research, development and innovation projects, to support state institutions in adapting to climate changes, as part of the Ministry’s executive plan to adapt to climate changes, according to the strategic study prepared by the specific councils at the Scientific Research and Technology Academy. It comes within the Academy’s executive plan for the year 2022-2023, and aims to mobilize national efforts in the field of scientific research and innovation; to provide innovative applied scientific and technological solutions to assist the state in achieving sustainable development goals in the frame of the challenges of climate change.
