Today, Port Said University’s participation in COP27 in Sharm El-Sheikh continued for the fifth consecutive day, with the participation of the second university delegation headed by Prof. Rawya Rizk, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and the presence of Prof. Mohamed Bassiouni, Professor of Chemical Engineering, Director of the Natural Gas Program at the faculty of Engineering and Rank Coordinator at the University, and Dr. Mohamed El-Sakka, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering
This is within the framework of the university’s role in presenting its research projects through the university’s permanent exhibition during the conference period at the Higher Education and Scientific Research partition in the Green Zone.
Notably to say, the first delegation from the university, headed by Prof. Ayman Ibrahim, the president of the university, has continued to attend the events of COP 27 since its commencement and over the course of four consecutive days, included many activities to introduce the role of the university and the extent of its contribution in the field of climate change.
