Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, is keen to ensure optimal performance and development in the university, in this frame the Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation at Port Said University participated in the “A New Beginning for Quality Education” initiative, which was held on Monday, May 5, 2025, at the headquarters of the League of Arab States in Cairo.
Under the auspices of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Alaa Ashmawy, Chairman of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, deputies, and directors of quality assurance and accreditation centers at Egyptian universities, the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation launched its national initiative, “A New Beginning for Quality Education.”
The Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at Port Said University participated in this important national event, represented by Prof. Dr. Heba Abdel Ati, Director of the Center, affirming the active role the university plays in supporting the state’s efforts to improve the quality of education and enhance the awareness of students and faculty members of the importance of implementing quality standards and institutional and programmatic accreditation.
