The 23rd International Water Technology Conference was launched on Thursday, at a dignified hotel in Port Said Governorate. The conference comes under the auspices of Prof. DrAyman Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, Lieutenant General Osama Rabih, President of the Suez Canal Authority, Prof. Dr Ahmed Al-Shehhi, President of the Egyptian Chinese University and former Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr Magdy Abu Rayan, President of the International Society for Water Technology, and in the presence of Prof. Dr Hussein Al-Atifi, Minister of Water Resources. The conference is chaired by Prof. Dr. Rawia Rizk, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Dr Kamal Al-Nahhas, Secretary of the Conference. The conference was organized by the Water Technology Association in cooperation with many academic bodies, including Port Said University, especially the postgraduate studies and research sector.
