
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, inaugurated an academic leadership training course organized by the Faculty Capabilities Development Center, headed by Prof. Dr. Mona Hammouda, Director of the Center, with the participation of faculty deans, vice-deans, and academic staff members.
The University President emphasized that investing in human capital and developing capable, informed leaders are fundamental to sustainable development, institutional excellence, and leadership. He highlighted that the university has achieved a significant number of its strategic plan targets ahead of schedule, reflecting the collective efforts and teamwork of the university community.
He noted that the university’s development efforts encompass quality assurance and academic accreditation, educational program development, digital transformation, technology integration, scientific research and innovation, and expanded international partnerships.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh stressed that preparing academic leaders is a strategic investment in the university’s future, aimed at developing cadres capable of effective decision-making, resource management, team leadership, and translating strategic plans into tangible achievements.
Prof. Dr. Mona Hammouda affirmed the Center’s continued commitment to specialized training programs that enhance the skills of faculty members and academic leaders, supporting institutional performance and Port Said University’s pursuit of quality, excellence, and leadership.
