Six PSU Teams Qualify for the ECPC Finals

Six student teams from Port Said University have qualified for the finals of the Egyptian Collegiate Programming Contest (ECPC), following a series of highly competitive qualifying rounds.

The ECPC is one of Egypt’s leading university programming competitions and a key gateway to Arab, African, and international championships, highlighting students’ excellence in computer science, algorithm development, logical thinking, and problem-solving.

The qualifying teams are:

  • Parallel PSU: Ziad Hany, Karim Ali, Amr Moqalled
  • Awla Eh: Amr Abu El-Ward, Mohamed Walid, Youssef Hany
  • Last Trie: Abdel Rahman Sadek, Mohamed Handouqa, Mohamed El-Beheiry
  • Elbata elmrta7a na2l & Seahawks: Salman Ibrahim, Ahmed Wael, Abdel Rahman Mosaad
  • 3amel feel elly mkafeh:Ahmed Abdel Qader, Mohamed Hesham, Khaled Alaa
  • Cache Us 3la Ela: Omar Mahmoud, Ahmed Abdel Rahim, Yasmine Khaled

The teams are supervised by Prof. Dr. Heba Mohamed Abdel-Aaty, with administrative organization by the Scientific and Technological Activities Department, led by Mr. Mohamed El-Khamisy and Ms. Shaimaa Omar, with the participation of Mr. Ibrahim Mortada El-Nems, Director of the Social Activities Department.

This achievement reflects Port Said University’s continued support for student innovation and the outstanding capabilities of its students in teamwork, logical thinking, problem analysis, and developing effective solutions.
