Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh led a delegation from Port Said University to visit Bishop Tadros, extending Easter greetings to the Coptic community in a gesture that reflects the enduring spirit of love and national unity in Egypt.
During the meeting, he expressed pride in the strong bonds between Muslims and Christians, reaffirming the university’s commitment to promoting the values of citizenship, coexistence, and social harmony. He also conveyed his wishes for continued security and stability for Egypt under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
In turn, Bishop Tadros expressed his sincere appreciation for the visit, commending the university’s active role in community service and its efforts to strengthen national cohesion.
It was also noted that the university president had sent a congratulatory message to Pope Tawadros II on the occasion of Easter.
