Under the auspice of Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, and the supervision and follow-up of Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi, Supervisor of Student Welfare Affairs and Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family at the University, and Mr. Ibrahim El-Nems, Director of the Social Activities Department at the University, university students participated in the chess championship organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – Port Said Branch, amidst strong competition among students from various universities. Our students succeeded in achieving advanced positions and winning distinguished prizes.
