The Catholic University of Milan, Italy, continued its celebration of Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, and the accompanying delegation: Prof. Dr. Badr Abdel Aziz Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Arts; Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hassan Anwar, Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts (and program coordinator with the Italian side); and Prof. Dr. Morsi Qotb, Head of the History Department, specializing in the study of Egyptian-Italian relations. After that, the delegation visited the prestigious Ambrosiana Library. The Ambrosiana Library administration opened the oldest floor area in Milan to the university president and the accompanying delegation.
On this occasion, an agreement was reached to sign a memorandum of cooperation between Port Said University and the Ambrosiana Library, with the aim of making the library’s historical, intellectual, artistic, and scientific materials available to students and faculty members at Port Said University.
At the conclusion of the visit, the President of Port Said University expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Catholic University of Milan, Italy, and the university’s distinguished professors for the hospitality they provided during the visit and the conference activities.
