Prof. Dr. Sherif Youssef Saleh, President of Port Said University, sent a congratulatory message to Mr President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the occasion of the 10th of Ramadan anniversary.
