Today, Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of Port Said University, visited the Security Directorate headquarters to congratulate Major General Tamer El-Samry, Assistant Minister of Interior and Director of Port Said Security, and the police leaders on the occasion of celebrating the 73rd Police Day. The University President was accompanied on the visit by the Vice Presidents of the University, the Deans of the Faculties, the Secretary General of the University, and the University President’s Advisors. The university president expressed all the appreciation for the Egyptian police officers and pointed out that this visit is an affirmation of our pride in the great and important role played by the police officers in serving our Egyptian society. The Director of Port Said Security expressed his appreciation for this visit. At the end of the visit, Prof. Dr Sherif Saleh, President of the University, presented the University Shield to Major General Tamer El-Samry, Director of Port Said Security, in appreciation of his efforts and those of the Egyptian police in maintaining security and safety. The Security Director also presented the Security Directorate shield to the University President, appreciating his efforts and the university in advancing and developing all sectors and faculties of the university.
