Port Said University team won second place at the level of Egyptian universities in Concept track during the university’s first participation in the Electric Car Rally in Egypt EVER in its fifth edition, which is the first competition of its kind in Egypt for designing and manufacturing electric cars. It aims to raise the efficiency of Egyptian engineers and provide them with the required skills in the field of manufacturing and developing electric cars. On this occasion, Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, acting President of the University, congratulated the participating team and explained the importance of the university’s role in supporting students and adopting them to participate in competitions aimed at developing their capabilities and raising their efficiency in the fields of linking the university with industry.
