Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Acting President of Port Said University, received Ms. Naglaa Edward, Rapporteur of the National Council for Women in Port Said, in the presence of Ms. Samia El-Moselhy, Secretary General of the University. Ms. Naglaa congratulated Prof. Dr Rawya, expressing her happiness with the empowerment of Egyptian women and the implementation of the Egyptian state’s vision and view to honor women by appointing competent women and granting them high and important positions within the state. For her part, Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk expressed her thanks and appreciation to Ms. Naglaa and to the kind congratulations of the National Council for Women, stressing that Port Said University is one of the Egyptian governmental institutions in which women clearly and strongly dominate the scene, and many women hold many positions within it, whether from the administrative apparatus or faculty members.
