Port Said University, headed by Prof. Dr Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, achieved an important progress in the “Webometrics” classification of reference citations for the month of July 2024. The university ranked 1730th globally with 104,270 citations, ahead of the January 2024 edition, with an increase of 14,980 citations.
Prof. Dr Ayman Ibrahim, President of the University, stressed the university’s commitment to achieving excellence in all fields, noting that this achievement is the result of the efforts of all faculty members, researchers and administrators. This progress comes as a culmination of Port Said University’s tireless efforts as part of its strategy to raise its international standing.
As indicated by Prof. Dr Rawya Rizk, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, stressed the university’s keenness to support the quality of research and support scientific research that contributes to community service, encourage publication in reputable scientific journals, and enhance international cooperation with researchers from all over the world.
