The President of Port Said University inspects the exams for the second semester of the Faculties of Pharmacy and Commerce and commends the preparations of the two colleges in receiving our students

His Excellency was keen on field follow-up to the various faculties of the university to follow up the work of the examinations of the final year teams’ committees to determine all the care and services provided to our students in light of the repercussions of the Coronavirus. Prof. Dr. Ayman Mohamed Ibrahim, President of Port Said University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Jalal Salem, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, inspected the committees of the second semester exams for the final years teams of Pharmacy and Commerce.

His Excellency appeared his tour by inspecting the College of Pharmacy, and he was received by Prof. Dr. Atef Abdel Baqi, Dean of the College, who accompanied him on a tour inside the examination committees and was assured of all the care and services provided to students to ensure that they perform the exam work in the appropriate climate. This is in light of the repercussions of the new Corona virus, in order to preserve the health and safety of our students, by following all preventive and precautionary methods. After that, he inspected the examination committees at the College of Commerce and was received by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahman, Dean of the College, and during the passage of the committees, his 

Excellency recommended providing all the faculty’s capabilities during the exams, in order to ensure our students’ students. He also stressed on increasing and improving the means of ventilation within the committees and prohibiting the entry of mobile phones Emphasizing the need for medical services, adequate numbers of observers and observers, and regularity of control work to achieve discipline and calm, calling for the speedy completion of the correction work in preparation for announcing the results to our students, respectively.

At the end of his Excellency’s tour today, he thanked the faculty members and the administrative apparatus for their efforts in carrying out their work. He also praised the management of the two colleges for all that was prepared to receive our students, and this is what His Excellency witnessed of a state of general satisfaction with the students. His Excellency also thanked the students for their appreciation. Responsibility and discipline within the examination committees, wishing them success.
